The Drama

Yesterday, as I was typing happily here on my blog, I suddenly heard the AM radio booming downstairs from our kitchen. I was like "what in the world". I went down to see what the commotion was all about. I asked Ate ning "anong nagyayari?". The people in the radio were really petrified and I could tell that this really was a big thing. She told me that there had been a hostage taker and he hostaged Pre school kids. I was like "this man is crazy." He asked for free education and free houses for his students. I really did not know how to react to this after hearing his cause. It sounded very reasonable but not reasonable enough to hostage poor and innocent kids.

What happened yesterday was an eye opener, and it definitely did shout a message. I really do hope something good will come out of this. Let's just wait and see.

Lighter notes..

I watched Conan yesterday, and it was so damn hilarious. I love Conan. He interviewed Gerard Butler and Liv Tyler. Suprisingly Liv Tyler is so soft spoken, very demure. Gerard Butler on the other hand is a handful. They (conan and him) apparently cannot stop talking about his "danger zone". They were talking that it was manscaped. Goodness.

I want to read new books. Does anybody have a suggestion?

Till next time! Ciao Bellas!

soo inspired

Okay, so yesterday I was watching blog. Before the show ended, Bianca(yess close kami). Ms. Bianca Gonzales mentioned something about the candy blog awards. That really caught my attention. I was like "wow that is such a great contest". I suddenly challenged myself if I have what it takes to join and hopefully bag the prize. So a while ago I surfed the candy website and read more about the criteria. Hrmm...the first criteria yeah maybe I can satisfy, the second one hrmm...hahha! my blog is soo dry. haha! But I used to like the color green. haha! Anyway, there is no harm in trying. I also read the judges' blogs, they were all so amazing. I salute them for having the time and creativity to really Preety-fy their blog. haha! I'm making up words. So I read about their travels and that amazed me most. They can really go places. Now, I'm itching to travel.haha! Thank goodness we are after holy week. :)

In other stories..
Last night I went to my cousins' graduation party. I'm so proud of them. They both got Presedential medals for academic excellence. One question, how do people do it? Damn. So jealous. It's okay though, I might not be academically smart pero I'm street smart. hahah! Kafal ng face. Why did I have to say that? It's like I'm digging my own grave. Yey to me! haha!

April 4- I want this day to come na. I want to see my grades.

OOhh..lemme show you something pala. This is an album cover my sister did for her Media awareness project. Presenting.....(tada!) It's the unedited version, but it's still the same picture.

here's the back page...

So that's it for now. Ciao bellas!

Pre-requisites

Shux summer na! wohoo! I love summer! The sun, the sand, the sky and the sea. hahah! Well, I think that I really have to enjoy this summer because next year, it wouldn't be like this. wahh...coz I have to take compa(comparative anatomy) next summer as a prerequisite for med. Damn it! bakit di lng nila isama sa curriculum. haha! Crap, sana nag medtech nalng ako or PT. How come my mom did not tell me about those courses? Grabe ha, kasi she's so helpful. grr. I came across this because I saw maiko's multiply which had pictures of her compa class. I wanted to ask some things pero nahiya ako. hehe!:)Anyway, I saw a picture of a cat's brain being extracted. I wanted to know how, because last sem with my frog Ben, when I had to extract his brain, it took me a long time. Maybe because my tools were not that sharp. I literally have to hammer the spinal column(that's where his brain is)to be able to get his brain. With cats, that's going to be a little hard because they have human like skulls. damn it. I should've taken PT. Pero di bali na, I can make it. I only have to think positively and voila I'll be there.

Yesterday, I went out with the 5 girls in one hand, but actually it's only 4 girls in one hand. Monngy had a scarlett meeting. Sayang 'talle!:) We first checked in sa hotel. yehess as if natulog kami dun, but most of the time we stayed sa poolside. The pool looked very inviting because it was soo blue, but imagine almost 3 meters yung height ng pool? scary. Anyway, after checking in we went to see 300 sa Shangrila mall. 300. My gosh. That movie was fun. The thing that amazed me most was their 6(or 8 or 12) pack abs. I was like "How do these people do it?" hhah! It was sad though because the cute one had to die. :( After the movie, the first thing I said was "Nakakinspire" haha! What I meant was that, it doesn't matter if you lack in number as long as you have the drive, you can make it. hahah! Go lng ng go! Just dive, pero think first. haha!

SUMMER NA PEOPLE! SOAK UP THE SUN!WHIP OUT THOSE SUNBLOCKS! STEP ON YOUR SCHOOL BOOKS!(does not apply to books that costs 300 and above).Grabe I can finally have guilt free reading sessions with my non-academic books! haylavit! And endless movie marathons("Ouch"-eyes)! yipee!

I have PMs pala....kc, racy, jess- had soo much fun yesterday. From the celio model to the pictorials. Funfunfun! Awoo!Awoo!awwoo!(spartan voice)haha!

Niners- grabe si "stalker friend" noh? kapal ng face magsabi ng ganun. kainis noh. Pero in fairness....May sasabihin ako sayo. txt mo ako as soon as you read this.
- 30 pa kayo noh?shux, kaya mo yan! go nina!

Wohoo! summer na! ciao bellas! :)

watch what you are saying

Ok so today I just encountered a blog of a fellow student at the University by expressing his hatred for what happened last March 10. He described my debut as stupid. Well, I'm really sorry if you look at it that way, just because you're not invited and bitter towards me does not mean that you have to go on calling my day that way. I think that some of the students in our block deserves to ask for an adjustment for that class, because we frequently go to school and we get there on time and I think that our grades and attendance can make up for that statement. I'm angry that you call my debut that way. Stupid. What if someone called your coming out party that way huh? or your birthday for that matter. It's like calling that person stupid. Stupid for spending so many waking moments thinking of every single detail that will make that day perfect. I have studied hard enough, got good grades and go to school on time that I think I deserve some respect on that day. I also respect the professor for the matter, that's why I even came to school an hour before the class started. I even slept at 12 in the morning the night before, just practicing my report for that class. I think that this is very unfair of you. Calling my debut stupid is not even a percent of what I should be. To this fellow University student...better watch what you are saying.
